Northern Bear Building Services Ltd, part of the Northern Bear Group, was established in 2010 to provide general and specialist building services and PLANNED maintenance.
We operate from a network of offices across the North of England. Our core operating area includes Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Teesside.
The experienced management team have over 80 years combined experience in the construction industry and are dedicated to providing quality building services and excellent value for money.

Northern Bear Building Services have appointed Northern Bear Safety Ltd as Health & Safety Advisors to discharge their legal duties and afford the necessary resources to carry out those duties and have authorised them to seek external advice as and when necessary to identify significant risks and precautions.
