It’s a great start so far to our new financial year with work wins. We have been awarded a contract for the refurbishment of Northumberland County Council’s County Hall in Morpeth. The works include mechanical and electrical works, partitions and ceilings and full internal fit out works in a phased sequence while still keeping areas of County Hall live, so the client continues to operate throughout the project.
Newcastle NHS Trust have awarded us two projects – one at the RVI Hospital in Newcastle which is a fit out of an area of the hospital into an end of life suite for family and friends to spend quality time with patients who need to stay in hospital. We are also working on the Regent Point building in Gosforth fitting out a full floor in the building to accommodate staff in new work stations and meeting space.
Finally after working closely with the client and design team over a year now, we have agreed the contract to start works on the Fishtank Project in Newton Aycliffe providing a new build swimming pool to teach babies with parents, a cafe and meeting space, office and function rooms.
The above projects have secured us over £4.5m of work to deliver over the coming year to add to the works already secured and being delivered currently on site. All projects big or small are important to us and delivered to the same high level of quality with our different teams who work to your requirements. Please get in touch if you have any new projects that you would like us to review with you.
