Northern Bear Building Services changing lives

Northern Bear Building Services have started work to upgrade an existing property at Percy Road, Whitley Bay into 5 new apartments for Changing Lives, a national registered charity which provides specialised support to thousands of vulnerable people and their families.  This work will continue the upgrade to the area and bring the property back into use, providing much needed accommodation in the region.

Northern Bear Building Services will also be carrying out a survey of the existing roof structure and finishes using the services of sister company Vantage Point Media, who specialise in providing customers with stunning high definition aerial imagery, removing the cost for scaffold and mechanical access to carry out roof surveys.
