Northern Bear Building Services hand over the first major void refurbishments for Home Group

Northern Bear Building Services have handed over the first of 9 major void refurbishments for Home Group in the Gresham area of Middlesbrough.

The full property refurbishments include external envelope repairs including new doors and windows, wall repairs and insulation and roof works.

Internally the properties have been re-wired, had new heating systems and boilers fitted and bathrooms and kitchens installed.

The properties have all been vacant for a long period of time and are bringing the much needed accommodation back into use in the local area.  Demand for the properties have been high and tenants are currently gearing up to move into the properties over the next few months as they complete.
