Northern Bear Building Services maintenance team completes 10,000th job

Our reactive maintenance team have recently completed their 10,000th job.

Offering a 365 day, 24 hour, 7 days a week service covering all elements of domestic and commercial buildings, Northern Bear Building Services carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance from emergency water leaks, boiler breakdowns and services and electrical failure to general joinery repairs such as door and window handles and removing graffiti.

This stream of work also includes insurance claims, restoration works after flood and storm damage and planned property maintenance including decoration and cleaning.

We also carry out handy man services to pick up outstanding issues in properties to prevent future costly emergency works.
